这是一个简单的mod，可以更改所有自我修复法术（快速修复，近距离伤口，大修复），使施法者在5秒内恢复，而不是立即恢复。治愈的总生命值与香草相同，法力消耗也不变。这些咒语仍然是“开火即忘”，您无需按住施放按钮即可治愈。而且，这些法术的效果不会叠加，在第一次施法仍然有效时再次施放该法术只会重置计时器。这是为了防止由于极高的伤害而导致的积极恢复，这实际上是整个目的。
这个mod不会影响任何治愈NPC的咒语，因为我觉得扮演“治愈者”的角色很笨拙，以至于这些治愈应该保持即时性和响应性，而且如果我编辑它们，可能会引入潜在的兼容性问题。

为什么
根据我在《天际》中的经验，自我修复法术几乎太强大了，并且最终成为我大多数角色的拐杖。我想改变这一点，但在使用时也要给予更多治疗法术。例如，您现在可以施放一个治疗法术，然后再认为自己会受到伤害并在逐渐被治愈的同时进入战局。当健康状况不佳时，缓慢的恢复通常会导致短暂的后退，我认为这会导致更有趣的游戏体验，而不是简单地立即治愈并立即再次攻击。

As the fire washes over you, you see your health bar dropping at an alarming rate.
You act quickly, and after two casts of 'Close Wounds', you find your self at full health before the Dragon has even stopped breathing fire..."
This is a simple mod that changes all self-healing spells (Fast Healing, Close Wounds, Grand Healing) to heal the caster over 5 seconds rather than instantly. Total health healed is the same as vanilla, mana costs are also unchanged. These spells are still 'fire and forget', you do not need to hold down the casting button for them to heal you. Also, the effects of these spells do not stack, casting the spell a second time while the first cast is still in effect will simply reset the timer. This is to prevent aggressively healing through extremely high damage, which is really this mods entire purpose.
This mod does not effect any spells that heal NPCs, as I felt that playing the role of a 'healer' was clunky enough that those heals should remain instant and responsive, and that it might introduce potential compatibility issues were I to edit them.

Why
From my experiences in Skyrim, self healing spells are almost too powerful and become an eventual crutch for most of my characters. I wanted to change this, but also give healing spells a bit more strategy when used. For example, you can now cast a healing spell before you think you will take damage and enter the fray while being slowly healed. When low on health, the slow healing usually forces a brief retreat which I think leads to more interesting gameplay than simply being instantly healed and immediately attacking once more.
Another thing to note, dual casting these spells scales the duration as well as the healed amount, taking a spell that heals say 5 damage for 5 seconds to 10 damage for 10 seconds, actually quadrupling its effectiveness which makes dual casting very useful. These spells are also effected by spell scaling mods that affect restoration duration/magnitude.
Compatibility
This mod uses no scripts and only changes 3 magic effects and 3 spells. It should have no conflicts with anything (including USLEEP) unless that mod changes the three self healing spells mentioned, or adds keywords to them (usually a perk overhaul, fill me in if you are aware of any incompatibilities).
Installation
Just like any other typical mod, either use your favorite mod manager or extract+drop the .esp into your data folder.
Installing can be done at any point in a playthrough without any issues.
Strongly Recommended
Power Attacks and Shield Bash Require Stamina
Makes it so you need at least 30+ stamina to do a power attack/shield bash. Vanilla Skyrim has an quirk where if you have 1 or more stamina remaining, you can still power attack. This allows effects that give you stamina over time such as vegetable soup (Restore stamina, 1 point for 720 seconds) to be abused so you have basically infinite power attacks for its duration.
The reason why I strongly recommend this is because my mod makes stamina increase over time if you have the Respite perk. For the full duration of the spell you can power attack however much you want. This might not bother you, but for sticklers for balance like me, there are pretty much no reasons to not download Power attacks require stamina, as it solves other issues outside of my mod also and has no requirements.
You may also be interested in No Edge Glow, which makes it so when under the effects of spells like absorb health or the altered healing spells in this mod, your characters body will not glow (though it will still release particle effects). A subjective little addition, but check out the mod page to see if it's for you.
Permissions
Use this mod however you want, just give me credit and also link back to here if possible. Any suggestions or improvements for this mod are appreciated, generally ones relating to game balance as I don't see myself adding too many other features. I should note that I am aware a few mods exist that do similar things to this mod, but many altered perks or did things that I personally perceived as out of scope, and decided to make a minimalist mod to solve a problem I had. This mod was made 100% from scratch.
