长话短说，我为个人使用开发了食物和药水大修，例如，Fortify One-Handed药水强度只有一半但是在游戏时间内持续了8个小时而不是60个真实秒数所以我需要快速的旅行速度准确地匹配游戏中的运行速度，使我的爱好者能够完全按照预期的时间运行。所以这个mod诞生了。这实际上是香草天际的一个港口。为了测试，我确实在SSE本身再次从Falkreath到Markarth，计时器仍然是正确的。
Mod是保存友好的，可以在播放期间安全地安装/卸载。如果更改，相对快速行驶速度不受游戏内时间刻度的影响。

安装：
使用NMM或手动将下载的存档中的AccurateFastTravelTime.esp丢弃到\ Skyrim Special Edition \ Data文件夹中，并在加载顺序中启用它，使其尽可能低。要卸载，只需删除该文件或使用NMM中的“卸载”功能。

Long story short, I developed food and potion overhauls for my personal use that made, for example, Fortify One-Handed potion to be half as strong but last 8 in-game hours instead of 60 real life seconds so I needed fast travel speed to accurately match in-game running speed for my buffs to last exactly as long as intended. And so this mod was born. This is actually a port from vanilla Skyrim. I did, for the sake of testing, run from Falkreath to Markarth one more time in SSE itself and timers are still correct.
Mod is save-friendly and can be safely installed/uninstalled during playthrough. Relative fast travel speed is not affected by in-game timescale if it was changed.

My setting is 3.4 which makes fast travel take nearly as much in-game time as going around on foot. Setting is 95%+ accurate (less than 2 minute deviations on 50 RL minutes long walks) and is good enough for me.
Installation:
Use NMM or manually drop AccurateFastTravelTime.esp from the downloaded archive into your \Skyrim Special Edition\Data folder and enable it in your load order placing it as low as possible. To uninstall, just remove the file or use 'Uninstall' function in NMM.
Skyrim reads this setting every time you start the game, it is not stored in your save file and mod is safe to install/remove at any time.
