Diamond City Radio Delay Before Cut Off 防止无线电被切断

Often the very ends of songs would get cut off for reasons unknown. This mod adds 2 seconds of empty noise to the ends of the most common songs played on the radio.
In cases where the audio cut off is less than 2 seconds, this mod will hide it. In cases where the cut off is more than 2 seconds, you'll still hear it.
Consider this mod an experiment of some sorts, results may vary.
