The cap and mask can be crafted at the Forge or if you're lazy like me, use an ESP explorer :D
It glows in dark environment and comes with 9 choices of color and also legendary slot.
It works for both male and female !
File Drop
Drop the Files you want into "Data" file into :[YOUR HD]\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special edition
or where you game is supposed to be.
