Submachine Gun Increase Damage - Decrease Weight - New .38 reciever

通过一些小改动使默认的Fallout 4 Sumbachine Gun更加方便：
*略微增加基础伤害，因此它不会比Pipe Auto Pistol具有相同/更差的伤害，但会高出约2个点;
*略微减轻重量（因为原因）;
*添加新的.38接收器，其选项与默认选项一样，伤害降低约10％。不替换.45默认值，它们仍然可用。这样你就可以消耗那么多的.38弹药和一把看起来很好看的枪（而不是管道），甚至可以开始使用它。[花了我几个小时来创建并使它们工作，可能只需几分钟就可以使用中等技能模型，但是嘿，我今天只安装了Creation Kit :)]

试图使冲锋枪变得有些用处，因为从我找到它们的那一刻起，这种武器就只能在我的基地“收集灰尘”。虽然不是OP。

Makes default Fallout 4 Sumbachine Gun more handy by some little changes:
*Slightly increases base damage, so it wouldn't have same/worse damage than Pipe Auto Pistol but ~2 points higher;
*Slightly reduces weight (because reasons);
*Adds new .38 recievers with options just as default ones and ~10% lower damage. Not replaces .45 default ones, they're still avaliable. Just so you could consume that tons of .38 ammo with a somewhat nice looking gun (instead of pipe one) and maybe even START to use it. [Took me a couple of hours to create and make them work, probably a few minutes work for medium skill modder, but hey, i only installed Creation Kit today :)]

Tried to make Submachine Guns somewhat useful, as such weapons was only "gathering dust" at my base since the moment i found them. Not OP though.

Have no requirements but default Fallout 4 game.

Don't mind mod name, it was made to make browsing and searching easier.
