- 当current_player_vehicle_blip = 0时，blip功能不应再干扰其他mod
- 当current_player_vehicle_persistent = 0时，持久性特征不应再干扰其他mod
- loud_radio_on = 0的新默认值。 通过音乐和大声无线电将车辆从外面锁定，使其在锁定序列期间播放。

-- The persistent feature should no longer interfere with other mods while current_player_vehicle_persistent=0
-- New default value for loud_radio_on=0. Locking the vehicle from outside with music on and loud radio makes it play during the locking sequence.
