Divayth's cottage has six beds four bedrooms, and by default has three beds assigned to children and two for guest. Player can reassign the beds for up to five kids or five followers. 

Divayth's cottage uses bethesda's linked containers to safely store items. The link chests for weapons, armor, food and beverage have two pickup and drop off locations.

The Master bedroom is located second floor. Children's beds are located second and first floor, and are assigned to adopted children. The button on the wall allows the owner to change them to guest rooms. There is a guest room on the lower level for followers. The beds and chests in the lower level are assigned to player's faction. There is a button on the wall that allows the player to change it to a children's bedroom. If the children's option is selected, the house will be compatible with the Hearthfire's multi adoption. The bless this home spell will acknowledge beds for adoption. Just use the button to change the default room assignment if you want more kids or more followers. You can have up to 5 followers or 5 kids. Just note that the children's beds and chests are labeled owned.

This cottage includes many idle markers for children and other NPCs. It doesn't control any followers, children or spouses. The player still needs the mods to control spouse, family and followers. 

A custom spell has NPC followers remove armor when entering the bathing area or Master bedroom bed. The black soul gem on the nightstand master bedroom controls the spell over the bed. If the player sees the magical effect over the soul gem, armor will be removed from NPCs who sleep in the master bed. Player can toggle the magical effect off by interacting with the soul gem. 

The Master bedroom also includes a change appearance mirror. My script uses the command "Show Limited Race Menu". If you are using the RaceMenu Mod, that mod brings up "Show Race Menu", which allows players to change Race. Don't change race it will reset your stats. Secondly, if you have the mod Race Menu don't make two consecutive appearance changes you might crash. Save and restart the game. Also note the mod RaceMenu does suggest users take mod "Show Race Menu Precache Killer patch". 

There is a secret room that can display your blackbooks, masks and claws. It also has three daedric shrines and a black soul gem creator.

How do I get in?
