Allows the king of Israel to unite his realm under Hebrew culture.

Upcoming features:
-unique nickname for being the first to adopt Hebrew culture.
-expanded Hebrew names, titles and various other Hebrew flavor.
-renaming the duchies of Palestine and Urdun to Judah and Israel for Israelite characters.
-title histories for said titles based on the biblical accounts (If Rangarr Lodbrok is in the game then why not?)
