These are the specific skills that increase at every 5th level along with a continued Attribute bonus based on race.
Imperials improve their Speechcraft.
Nords improve their 2-Handed.
Bretons improve their Conjuration.
Redguards improve their Smithing.
Argonians improve their Lockpicking.
High Elves improve their Destruction.
Wood Elves improve their Archery.
Dark Elves improve their Alteration.
Orcs improve their Heavy Armor.
Khajiit improve their Sneak.
This mod is compatible with saves of any level, because I have intuitively crafted the changes to take effect only once depending on level. It scans every second for changes to level, and adds to your skill/attribute(s) accordingly.
In addition to changing the way stats are formulated, I have included a host of six other "complimentary" mods, for a total of seven.
I have chosen to call this overhaul suite "Audacity", because it takes that to try and overcome all of Skyrim's shortcomings this late in its development life... especially when there are already a ton of other mods out there that aim to do this.

The main potions (health, magic, and stamina) work over time, and are especially geared towards the higher stats you'll be dealing with.
Meticulously planned Armor for dealing with the increased Stats of Weapons and Attributes as well.
Still a work in progress, though the list of Beasts and Monsters isn't endless, there are still a lot of them.
Quick and to the point, sell higher, buy lower, and it only gets better from Day 1.
Not so much an ingenious maneuver, inventory could just as well be called, "Items", since that's what it is: prices, weights, and availabilities.
The 10 Races of Tamriel, now have more character than ever before (as explained further above).
As you would have guessed, Weapons... more damaging, less disparity between materials.
