Very simple mod that adds an Expert-level Alteration spell to the game, called Enhanced Detection. It detects both the living and the Undead.
Basically, it's the spells Detect Life and Detect Dead combined into one. Since they are Adept-level, it felt right to combine them into an Expert-level spell.
You can find the Spell Tome on a table inside your room in the Hall of Attainment (College of Winterhold), or add it directly through the Command Console, with "player.additem xx000d62 1" (xx being the position in your load order).
