Simple mod to make blocking more reliable of a tactic, the mod simply makes blocked attacks consume stamina rather than health, the amount of stamina consumed is calculated based on your difficulty, enemy weapon damage and your block skill. If you don't have enough stamina to block the full attack the difference will be made out in damage to your health.
Marked as ESL so won't take up slot in load order
Major: Should not conflict with any mods but let me know if you find something
Minor: Mods that add timed blocking mechanics will still function however if you are out of stamina its likely you will still take damage to health
The main issue is that currently any perks that change how effective blocking is (e.g. Block Mastery in Vokrii) will be rendered redundant as they will have no effect on how much damage is dealt as this mod manages blocked damage separate to vanilla.
The mod has its own scaling mechanics decreasing damage to stamina by 0.4% per level in attempt to work around this but if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it
