Currently it's in testing stage. In my game it's working ok but if there's any bugs let me know.
Your load order should be Elemental Destruction then Adamant then my patch. You have to tell LOOT to sort it this way because it won't be default in my experience.
Details
Eye of the Storm perk has been altered to allow elemental destruction effects.
Elemental enchanter has been changed to include elements from elemetal destruction magic,
Augmented Earth, water and wind's damage has been adjusted to 25% as per Adamant's own augmented perks.
The Destruction perks have been added to the destruction tree of adamant. This includes Augmented earth, water, wind, Gale force, Armor crusher and Dry drown.
