此传送不是“快速旅行”类型。
在“ AddItemMenu”处获得魔法书。

This mod adds Lesser Power that enables Teleportation.
This Teleportation is not a "Fast Travel" type.
Get the spellbook at "AddItemMenu".
・Z Teleportation [Lesser Power]
[How to use]
1. Use this Lesser Power and make an attacking posture within 10 seconds of the effect time, you can Teleportation.
2. By stacking this Lesser Power within the effect time of 10 seconds, will increase the teleportation distance.
3. To cancel, take an attack posture after the effect time has passed.
[Requirements]
1. Delicate control technique.
2. A generous heart that thinks this mod is a Teleportation.

I only have Skyrim LE, so this mod is made with LE.
However, my mod is composed only of esp files, so I thought that it could be used in Skyrim SE, so I uploaded the LE version to Nexus as it is.
The esp file seems to be officially announced as "Basically compatible" between Skyrim LE's Form Version 43 and Skyrim SE's Form Version 44.
If you are worried about the warnings from the mod manager, I recommend using SSEEdit or Creation Kit to convert the version of esp file from 43 to 44.
