there are files that can be edited if you manage to enable body grabbing < im sure i found the file but not sure how to edit it > please share in the comments and post your changes to enable features.
If we work together we can make the proper changes to package into the matching folders to file so people can drag drop replace and get things working the way they should be. it should also be possible to find the code on the water combat mechanic that was disabled but still exists as its the same engine as oblivion

EDIT ESM's and more without changing the file while in this folder-- see if you can merge larger esm such as fusax2, immersive animals, animala ect ect

access the main dlc esm and look into the Nifs inside
replace dds files that cover model and texture without the need of downloading thru a installer limiting the list
find and fix mechanics that were disabled in the Vr title -- you may consider comparing with SE
change wav aduio files with ease

Create a shortcut on desktop

Paste the above code into the path

when you open the shortcut it will show nothing at first

however this is a hidden %5CSteam folder == with the shortcut open go to the top right search and hit any letter key and search it

you will see some files load in but next you will go

Up_Folder <icon next to the path bar>

you can now access all skyrim assets

you can look into the folders that work as the core of the game engine and manually replace assets with your own so as to reduce loaded mods and put the main source of the game to work how you think it should. you may or maynot still need some esp or esm's but models and textures such as dds
