If you have both Ethereal Elven Overhaul and Combat Gameplay Overhaul installed you might have run into some vampires with dark faces. (And maybe some other elves that I am not aware of) This patch should fix that problem.

I don't have any previous experience with modding/patching, and I had some weird issues in the patching process, so I can't guarantee that this will actually work for anyone other than myself

Installation:
Just install it as you would with any other mod
Put this patch after EEO, CGO and their patches in the load order.
