Will probably write up a prettier description later at some point but right now I'm operating on like -12 minutes of awake time.
Behind the jarl's longhouse in Falkreath with only super minor clipping that prevents you from rounding the back, this mod puts in a small farmhouse you can call home! This mod was originally intended for personal use only so there's nothing ultra fancy other than some mild custom storage and the like.
Following in the theme of mildness I made this home specifically to not feel completely out of place for the game world by adding too much. It is intended to be a fine little cottage to live in lovely Falkreath with without having to do the whole hearthfire thing, all the while enjoying the benefits of a garden. Can easily be used right off the get go by using Alternate Start's 'Dead Man's Drink' inn patron starter and just walking down the street. The door comes with a key which is on the desk inside, and in order for the key to lock there must be a lock in place (adept) so you're going to have to either pick it or console '~' unlock it. Key is included in case you have a mod that lets you lock doors you have a key to which can be handy for keeping evilbad npcs out.
As for the included trappings; Alchemy & Enchanting tables, Weapon Racks, Weapon Plaques, All-safe storage, 40-book bookshelf, Custom storage (Firewood pile, soul gems, and blood refreshment or drink storage depending on download). Mod comes with two versions, one vampiriizieieid, and one typical, done because I sometimes don't like the be of the vampire and sometimes I do. You probably feel somewhat similar. Option is available via different mod downloads because making a FOMOD is REALLY FREAKING HARD. Vampire version has Dark Brotherhood banners, again since this mod is mainly for myself if you don't want them thou must disable them. It's just the two of them, open up console with '~', click on them, type "disable" and poof they all be goned. Same can be done for anything else you don't like for the most part.
Because making an NPC or option via the steward to buy the property is wayyyy beyond the scope of my interest in this mod right now, thou must perform the fancies yourself. Price of the house is $3400 if you want to "pay" for it. Way you do that once you have the money is; 'player.removeitem 0000000f 3400'. Once you do it its almost like I actually put the time in for all that spooky smart stuff!
Mod files have been cleaned with SSE Edit, though in the exterior there should be some erroneous navmeshes around the house (particularily the fences) because exterior navmeshing is hard. I don't recommend taking your follower with you into the bush and expecting them to come back out again but they might, its all a matter of their progress towards sentience. In the case of spontaneous AI enlightenment I recommend at least 3/4 litre of vodka.
Oh yeah theres a smelter added behind Lod's blacksmith shop because there wasn't one in falkreath before. Without a crafting room in the house it's kinda a needed addition.

Special thought was put in to make sure that the placement works with Touring Carriages which puts a carriage guy RIGHT where I initially put the front door. It's all good now though. Again the key is for a locking doors mods so options. Other than these two things, it should be compatible with everything. Like even if you have another mod that somehow put the house in the same place thats just two houses in the spot of one score!

Went into the navmesh video with zero understanding and afterwards I knew kung-fu (also the navmesh in this mod is much better than i would've done otherwise). He's a super small channel but his videos are professional, detailed, and extremely useful. He has videos covering pretty much any range of topics in the Creation Kit even useful in all other Creation Engine games. Even if you don't intend on modding Skyrim I recommend following along with his videos so you can adapt Skyrim skills to the other games.
