Description

Gives all NPCs in the game the ability to receive the effects of any potion, and more importantly any enchantment.
No incompatibilities, and no plugin. Requires Spell Perk Item Distributor.

Technical: Two perks to know about. The most well known is "PerkSkillBoosts." This lets skill boosting gear enchantments work on NPCs. The other perk it gives out is "AlchemySkillBoosts." This lets NPCs be affected by skill boosting potions. This INI will distribute both to anyone who fits the bill of "ActorTypeNPC." I've tested it around Solitude. I can happily confirm that it just works(tm).

In Oldrim we had ASIS. Sadly ASIS was never (properly) ported to Skyrim SE (i.e. the current port still spits out Form 43 plugins). So our little beacon of hope was "UPF NPC Enchant Fix Patcher." It's great, and so is zEdit, don't get me wrong. However due to zEdit's limitations, if you had more than 255 plugins, any patchers would be (almost) rendered useless. This mod is (currently) the most compatible option for adding the two SkillBoost perks.

Install & Uninstall

Installs quick and easy. Install through your mod manager, or place the EPW4NPCs_DISTR.ini file in your data folder.

Uninstall by deleting the the entry in your mod manager, or deleting the INI from your data folder.

Recommended

I STRONGLY recommend the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, as it fixes bugs relating to the two perks.

Anyway, this INI compliments pretty much anything that adds more enchantments and potions to enemy leveled lists.
