The Radiant Raiment Outfit is supposed to be a new piece that people have not seen before. It is supposed to draw the Jarl's attention. Then why does it look like every other piece of fine clothing in the game? I always felt it needed a retexture, at the very least.
Now Radiant Raiment offers a truly RADIANT outfit with a bright red coat/overdress to catch the Jarl's eye with a muted, dark underdress/trousers to fit her somber mood. She won't be able to resist!
If the otherwordly fires of this elven high fashion masterpiece are too much for your eyes, a dimmer, darker variant is also for sale.

This is literally the first mod I ever made but even I have never seen it in game, because after repainting the textures in Gimp, I had no idea how to continue and that was that. I recently found this mod at the bottom of a file-pile and decided to share.
I have not touched the normal maps. I tried to create them for myself but couldn't really understand the process well enough and let it be. I think the original normal maps work quite well enough. I also saved the file with "create mipmaps" so they should be there to help your computer compute.
As for compatibility, I created a texture set just for this outfit and it might work well along your other texture mods. Then again, you might have to tell Vortex to load my mod after your other clothing texture mods if you want to use it. As for meshes, this texture assumes that the clothes are vanilla-shaped. If the underlying mesh changes, the texture won't sit nicely ontop of it any longer. Meshes with minimal changes or ones that just add polygons (like SMIM) should be fine.
The tutorial that finally taught me clearly how to create texture sets: https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/topic/3895-skyrim-texture-sets/ A big, slobbery kiss to Hana, whomever she may be.
