The reasons behind this are as follows:

To keep the preset as lore-friendly and historically accurate as possible (Hence naming the preset as Darius rather than Lucien Lachance in the presets tab of RaceMenu).

To prevent any immersion-breaking instances whilst playing Skyrim.
