This patch is designed to forward a game setting change that is used by at least one mod (XP32 XPMSSE's skeleton). It is sorted by its being assigned in LOOT's masterlist.yml to the category of as a late loader. A patch that is properly categorized in LOOT offers offers better superior protection to the integrity of a record change than advising against the cleaning of the mod. A large number of mods/plugins will load after a particular plugin (it's about 400+ plugins in my loadout) and thus could jeopardize the integrity of the modification.
This patch has no masters and make no use of the resources from any mod or file. Because of this and since the change in question is made exclusively to vanilla records and the name is used explicitly descriptive purposes (only by me to be made by a single mod) the use of the name of said mod in the published "Mod name" field of this patch falls under the "fair use" exception to the Copyright Protection Act, more info here: https://www.copyright.gov/fair-use/more-info.html. This game setting modification can be applied for any appropriate use for any purpose that is known to be necessary by a particular user or mod author. Of course, it is however advised that this patch NOT be used unless the user is aware that they are using a mod that first, explicitly modifies this setting accordingly and second insists that said change be maintained in spite of possible changes being made by any number of plugins. An example of a mod that fulfills both of the aforementioned conditions is the mod published by "Team XPMSE" titled "XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE".
NOTE: The existence now or in the future of a mod that modifies this setting in a way that differs from the XP32 skeleton mod's modification is certainly possible and thus the instructions given by a mod's author should always be followed.
Rights to this plugin are open, do with it what you will.
There are two (or more? idr) users in the LOOT discord channel that participated in the discussion of the concept of this patch (but in no way encouraged its creation, publishing or any of the content contained in this description). I have not directly credited them here to shield them from the sometimes unpredictable response of both mod authors and the community at large. I of course will add them here if they so desire.
This patch(es) published here was(/were) created by using SSEEdit's QuickAutoClean's function to remove the ITM(s) and then creating a delta patch in SSEEdit to capture the difference.
Btw, this does mean that if you just aaaabsolutely must clean XP32 or any other plugin that makes this same change then as long as this patch is loaded you should be able to do so.
