Mod仅影响NPC和生物，而不影响玩家。
该MOD将fMagicCasterSkillCostMult更改为999。这使得任何NPC基本上都不可能施放消耗Magicka的咒语，迫使大多数NPC和生物近战90％地使用近战。
这不会影响以下内容：

Welcome to a world with Less Magic.
Mod only effects NPC's and creatures not the player....
This mod makes a change to fMagicCasterSkillCostMult setting it to 999. This makes it basically impossible for any NPC to cast a spell that cost magicka, forcing most NPC's and creatures to use melee 90% of the time.
This will not effect the following:
Dragon Shouts
Cast-able Abilities/Powers
Scripted Magic Use
Spells that have no magicka cost or ignore magicka cost
*Seekers did not have a melee attack in my limited testing causing them to just float around and do nothing as such, this mod sets there spells cost to 0 and adds a small charge up time of 0.5.
