Description
A small house in a picturesque location on the Eastern slope of the Throat of the World. The house has a bedroom, library, living room, kitchen and cellar. Through the basement you can get to the pier located at the bottom of the gorge. The forge and smelter are located on the site next to the house. The main decoration of the house is a Observation Decks from which you can admire the amazing Skyrim landscape.
I used a lot of retextures for screenshots, so your house might look different.
To get into the house, find the key. It is located in a barrel near one of the doors along with a note from the former owner.

Compatibility
There is a slight incompatibility with the Haem Projects - Carved Brink mod. The Khajiit camp of Carved Brink is located on the site of the Mist Top stable. Carved Brink will work. There will only be a slight visual overlap between the stables and tents. It is necessary to Carved Brink was on the list of mods is lower than the Mist Top Retreat.
You can also install a previous version of the Mist Top Retreat that didn't have a stable. The archive includes Mist Top Retreat version 1.05. You can use it for compatibility with Carved Brink.
If you want, you can make a patch for the mod (you can remove the stable or move the camp to another place).
Known Issues
-Upon first entering the house the mannequins will be posed strangely, just exit and re-enter and they should be fine.
-The stairs to the upper library and the bedroom are a little "sticky" at the top if you run up them, just walk or jump at the top.
-There may be problems with moving followers around the house or leaving it.
Changelogs
v1.08.01 Script for busts of masks of the dragon priests replaced by custom. Now the busts are safe to use. Fixed an error with a missing script. Added a key for the house and a small explanatory note. The note was earlier, but was not used. I just changed it a little and added it along with the key to the game.
Attention! Before upgrading from v1.08, take all masks of the dragon priests from the busts in the basement and leave the home.
Requirements
Skyrim SE
Install
Use NMM, MO2 or Vortex for fomod setup menu.
For manual installation, download mod and unzip contents of the Data folder into the Data folder of Skyrim.
If you want to install the old version, after installing the main version, copy the contents of the mtr_v1.05_EN folder to the game's Data folder and replace files.
Enable mod in your Mod Manager.
Uninstall
Use mod manager or delete mod files from the game's Data folder.
