Description: Potions that restore Health, stamina, and magicka heal over a period of 30 seconds regardless of their magnitude. So a health potion restoring 25 HP and a health potion restoring 150 HP will stop healing after 30 seconds, but obviously 150 HP will heal more in the given amount of time. This mod pairs well with hardcore/ survival mods.
Inspiration: I never liked the fact that you could, in the middle of combat, pull up a menu and immediately down 100+ potions whilst mid-swing. Spamming health potions will no longer save you in a fight, hopefully leading to a more hardcore playthrough where tactics and strategy take precidence over "hmm, how many potions can I carry". I don't really like "cheesing" my way through a battle, if you know what I mean; thus I figured it was about time this mod was made. There are plenty of mods that essentially do the same thing but also edit food or other items which conflict with mods editing those files OR simply recharge stats too quickly for my preferred playstyle.
Disclaimer: This is my first mod, and from what I've tested briefly it seems to work fine with my 70+ mods of all types + SKSE on SSE. I have no plans to update this mod, as it is lightweight, simple, affects no other mods (to my knowledge), and is actually quite simple to change. This only edits the dual value modifier (Type) for "AlchRestore" health, stamina, and magicka. They shouldn't conflict with any mods unless they change these 3 potion types. Feel free to make your own version by using the creation kit (suggested: with my mod installed for ease of access).
P.s. I used the plug in file made by Parapets' mod "Tonics Heal Over Time". Credit for this mod goes to that mod author. I simply wanted a custom version, so I made one. I suggest referring to his link for a short guide on what values to change for your desired outcome. Their mod changes the values mentioned above to occur over 5 seconds.
