这是我的模组耐力的较平衡版本，可以减轻重量（这是一个简单的作弊）。这是IchBinKeinRoboter的要求，因此对他的想法值得赞赏。
加载游戏后，玩家会收到痛苦的力量。游戏中每24小时可以激活一次。激活电源的效果：
耐力再生速度提高100％，持续5秒，
移动速度提高20％，持续30秒，

耐力恢复速度降低50％，持续300秒（5分钟），
25秒内，流血伤害会降低25点生命值。
所有效果及其剩余时间在魔术菜单的“活动效果”选项卡中可见。

This is a more balanced version of my mod Stamina to carry weight (which is a simple cheat). It was requested by IchBinKeinRoboter so the credit for the idea goes to him.
Upon loading the game the player receives the Painful Effort power. It can be activated once every 24 in-game hours. The effects of activating the power:
Stamina regenerates 100% faster for 5 seconds,
Movement speed increases by 20% for 30 seconds,
Carry weight increases by 50% of maximum stamina for 30 seconds,
Adds +10 pts melee damage bonus for 30 seconds,
Fortifies weapon speed by 10% for 30 seconds.
As soon as stamina regeneration buff wears out (so after 5 seconds), the Painful Effort Side Effects kick in:
Stamina regenerates 50% slower for 300 seconds (5 minutes),
Health is lowered by 25 pts of bleeding damage for 30 seconds.
All effects and their time left are visible in the Active Effects tab in the magic menu.
So now, instead of being a simple cheat, the power has some actual consequences and can be probably used in some more creative ways (for example when you're surprised by a fight while being over encumbered).
Requirements

SKSE (any version) is a hard requirement. It provides a function that allows changing magnitude of the effect dynamically in the script. It allowed me to minimize scripting and make most of the mod with magic effects in CK.
Installation

With your mod manager. Backup your save - I always recommend it.
Uninstallation
----------------------------
The scripts and effects run only when the power is activated so removing the mod mid-playthrough should not break your save. But before you do so make sure that you are not under effects of the power (check the Active Effects tab in magic menu). Remember that removing a mod mid-playthrough can leave some warnings in the Papyrus log.
