If you're playing the vampire side of Dawnguard you may want a crossbow, and Legacy of the Dragonborn gives you an immersive way to learn the schematics. However even after you've learned them you are unable to craft them at the forge in the Safehouse, and you may not have access to Gunmar's forge to do so.
This is a simple patch that allows you to craft the following items:
Steel Crossbow
Steel Crossbow (Enhanced)
Dwarven Crossbow
Dwarven Crossbow (Enhanced)
Exploding Steel Bolt of Fire
Exploding Steel Bolt of Ice
Exploding Steel Bolt of Shock
Exploding Dwarven Bolt of Fire
Exploding Dwarven Bolt of Ice
Exploding Dwarven Bolt of Shock
at the following forges:
Museum Safehouse
Rkund player home
Dev Aveza
Please note that normal steel and dwarven bolts are already craftable anywhere.
This patch is super lightweight and ESL flagged for your convenience. Safe to add to the end of a load order for an existing game.
