位于Reach领土龙桥以南，

耸立着一座被称为鹌鹑召庄园的高耸城堡。

Located just South of Dragon Bridge in the territory of the Reach,
stands a towering castle known as Quail Call Manor.
Balimund, the blacksmith in Riften, inherited Quail Call from his parents, but it was simply too far away for him to enjoy, so after you saved his business from closing by finding the ten fire salts needed to revive his forge, He gave you permission to take the deed and make the property your own as a gift.

Mod facts: Quail Call Manor is my fifth player home model.
I have used the mod in game with my 6 followers and have tested everything which seems to be working perfectly. I have fully navmeshed the mod and cleaned it with TESS5Edit.
There are enough beds for 9 followers, one for your housecarl.

Mod Features: This mod includes everything that you need to start or continue your game with, including full crafting and smithing areas, with custom designed storage racks and containers. There are 6 weapon racks and 4 mannequins in the Great room, and an archery practice platform which you can fire arrows at from the loft of the castle. In the "Dovah Chamber", you will find the Quail Call Safe, which includes items to make starting a game with this mod extra easy, but you will have to locate the key in that area to open it. (See spoiler in the image files). The key to the main building from outside is hidden on the decking not too far from the door.

It also features a working bathroom shower and toilet, for you players that really want to get immersed your game, LOL!
This mod, (if you watched the video), is a castle, yet it is not so big that it will put a strain on your games performance.
I've included a gorgeous cave with a beautiful pond for you and your followers to swim in.
There are no quests or NPC's in this mod so it's not heavily scripted to inhibit game performance.
There are 3 cells used in this mod but only one plugin.

Installation: Install with Nexus Mod Manager or install manually by placing the plugin file (.esp) into your Skyrim Data folder.
New version 2.0 has the "autostrip" feature for pond and shower.
Feature will not work on Dragonborn, only NPC's.

Conflicts: None that I know of, but Any mod that is located in the same game cell would present an issue.

Requirements: No DLC's are required for this mod, but you should have a fairly recent version of the game.
