不知道我是不是唯一遇到此问题的人，所以我不知道这实际上是一个错误还是仅仅是我的游戏被错误了。
无论如何，我都会分享，以防万一。
有时，城市（和其他地方）的随机对话场景没有完成，并且某些NPC作为别名卡在其中一个中。
您可以通过参与者的行为来判断，当您经过附近时，他们会停止打招呼，并且其中有其他场景停止发生。
这样每隔24小时就会定期重置场景任务，清理别名并将所有内容恢复为原始状态。
这个对我有用。
目前仅涵盖五个主要城市。

Don't know whether I'm the only one experiencing this issue, so I don't know if it's actually a bug or it's just my game that got bugged.
I'll share this anyway, just in case.
Sometimes the random conversation scenes in cities (and other places) don't complete, and some NPCs get stuck as an alias in one of them.
You can tell by the participants' behavior, they stop greeting when you pass nearby and any other scene with them in it stops happening.
This periodically resets the scene quests every 24 hours, cleaning the aliases and reverting everything to its former pristine status.
It works for me.
It covers only the five main cities at the moment.
Compatible with everything, and I mean it.
