Description

Better Dragon Shouts aims to make shouting an actually useful thing to do when fighting or wandering about Skyrim. Most shouts have reduced cooldowns (not Disarm because it's the worst), and some have increased or re-balanced magnitudes. Some shouts may be weaker now with one word only, but definitely stronger with all three (except Disarm, blame the draugr for that), closing a bit the gap between you and actual dragons:

Animal Allegiance
Cooldown: 50, 60, 70 --> 40, 50, 60
Level: 20 --> 15, 25, 35

Aura Whisper
Cooldown: 30, 40, 50 --> 20, 30, 40

Battle Fury
Cooldown: 20, 30, 40 --> 55, 115, 170 (I know, I know... but this is a shout for you to rely on your friends)
Magnitude (weapon speed multiplier): 1.3, 1.5, 1.7 --> 1.5, 1.75, 2.0

Become Ethereal
Cooldown: 20, 30, 40 --> 20, 25, 30
Duration: 8, 13, 18 --> 10, 15, 20

Bend Will
Cooldown: 10, 90, 120 --> 10, 60, 90

Call Dragon (Odahviing)
Cooldown: 5, 5, 300 --> 5, 5, 30

Call of Valor

Changed the Ancient Dragonborn summon to a 50% shock resistance (75% with 3 words); since I added the shock resist to the existing damage resist shout effect, Miraak also has it

Requirements and compatibility

This mod requires USSEP.
It's obviously not compatible with other mods that alter dragon shouts.
