这个mod最初是我为PS4设计的。锻造槽在游戏中缺少动态水层,这是沉浸式的imo。尽管PC和XB1上已经存在适当的修复程序(请参见此处),但由于Sony的限制,无法将其移植到PS4上:不允许使用任何外部资产。因此,我不得不想象一种不同的实现方式。


怎么做的?

基本上,它由每个伪造添加的3个小方形水斑组成(Skyforge除外,有4个)。这些方形水斑使用的是香草游戏中已经存在的网格,该网格很大。因此,我不得不对其应用0.08比例因子。但是一旦缩小到令人难以置信的程度,所有水表面渲染效果将不再可见。因此,我不得不影响一种新的水类型,其调整后的值允许游戏中出现糖果般的外观。在这里!


最好使用此mod或先前的修复程序?

这两个mod是多余的,并且正在修复同一件事。我的Mod是没有外部资产的替代方案,修复了香草游戏和DLC中的所有伪造品,而先前的修复(如果我没记错的话)缺少了一些(Severin庄园,Thirsk曾经重建,Heathfire庄园,也许还有其他) 。我特别将其放在此处作为参考,以便PS4修改器可以通过使用我提供的资源(插件+ excel数学表+教程)在其mods中实现它。


兼容性:

USSEP:100%兼容,因为它的所有少量编辑都在这里进行,尽管不是必需的也不是强制性的...

JK mods:虽然偶尔可能只出现视觉怪异,但并非100%兼容。一些JK模组正在移动香草锻件(我想到了Riverwood之一)。在这种情况下,我的水斑会显得格格不入。但是,您可以使用上述资源制作兼容性补丁。

其他mod:我不知道,但可以在评论部分中进行报告,以便其他mod可以制作兼容性补丁(不,我自己不会处理)


安装:

在您的SSE数据文件夹中删除“铁匠锻造水Fix.esp”。以任何通常的方式激活插件。装货单中没有特定位置。尽情享受吧!


解除安装:

从您的SSE数据文件夹中删除“ Blacksmith Forge Water Fix.esp”。重新加载您的savegame时,只需忽略有关缺少插件的游戏警告:由于此mod仅添加了STATIC,因此完全不可能导致任何保存损坏...

This mod was originally designed by me for PS4. Forges troughs are lacking a dynamic water layer ingame, which is immersion-breaking imo. Although a proper fix already exists on PC and XB1 (see here), it was impossible to port it on PS4 because of Sony restrictions : no external assets are allowed. So, I had to imagine a different way to implement it.

How is it made?
Basically, it consists of 3 small square water patches added to each forge (except the Skyforge that has 4). These square water patches are using an already existing mesh from the vanilla game, which is quite large. So, I had to apply a 0,08 scale factor to it. But once it's been so incredibly downsized, all water surface rendering effects are not visible anymore. So I had to affect a new water type to it, with tweaked values allowing an eye-candy look ingame. And here it is!

Is it best to use this mod or the previous fix?
These 2 mods are redundant and are fixing the same thing. My mod is an alternative with no external asset, fixing ALL forges from the vanilla game and DLCs, whereas the previous fix (if I remember right) is lacking a few ones (Severin manor, Thirsk once rebuilt, Hearthfire manors, maybe some others). I'm especially putting it here for reference, so as PS4 modders can implement it in their mods by using the resources I'm offering (plugin + excel maths sheet + tutorial).

Compatibility:

USSEP: 100% compatible as all its few edits are carried here, although not required nor mandatory...

JK mods: not 100% compatible, although only visual oddities may occasionally happen. Some of JK mods are moving vanilla forges (I have the Riverwood one in mind). My water patches will look out of place in this case. You can however make compatibility patches by using the aforementioned resources.

Other mods: I don't know, but feel free to report it in the comment section so as other modders can make compatibility patches (no, I won't handle this myself)


Installation:
Drop "Blacksmith Forge Water Fix.esp" in your SSE Data folder. Activate the plugin by any usual mean. No specific place in your load order. Play and enjoy!

Uninstallation:
Remove "Blacksmith Forge Water Fix.esp" from your SSE Data folder. Just ignore the game warning about the missing plugin when reloading your savegame : as this mod is only adding STATICs it is totally impossible to cause any save corruption...
