Didn't like the dead shrubs, didn't want to remove them either (horror vacui), so I tried to find an acceptable replacement.

Installer with compatibility option for "Skyrim Is Windy".

COMPATIBILITY
This is is compatible with everything, meaning that it doesn't 'conflict', it 'overrides'.
Doesn't have meshes or textures, the replacements are those you already have in your game, whether it's vanilla or modded.
You'll have to choose if you wish to replace both shrubs, only the dry one, or only the snowy one.

You don't have mods with new models for the shrubs --> replace both.

You have a mod with a new model only for the dry shrub, and you like it --> replace the snowy one.

You have a mod with a new model only for the snowy shrub, and you like it --> replace the dry one.

You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, but you don't like one of them --> replace the disliked one, and load this after the mod.

You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, but you don't like any of them --> replace both, and load this after the mod.

You have a mod with new models for both shrubs, and you're happy with them --> don't install this.

You just love vanilla dead shrubs --> please, have your eyes checked.
