更改技能书以更快地获得技能，而不是技能点。
每本书会增加5％的经验，而所有五本书最多可增加25％。
如果您拥有Dragonborn Scholar's Insight的津贴，它将为每本书额外提供5％，最多50％，但不会追溯。

Changes skill books to give faster skill gain instead of a skill point.
Each book grants 5% more experience, up to 25% for all five books.
If you have the Dragonborn Scholar's Insight perk, it will give an additional 5% for each book up to a maximum of 50%, but it's not retroactive.
** PLEASE READ **
Version for Wintersun included in Optional Files.
If you encounter issues with how Sensible Skill Books interacts with Wintersun, don't bug Enai about it. There might be some mild inconsistencies with Xarxes, Hermaeus Mora and Syrabane. Otherwise, these two play just fine together.
If you follow Xarxes and read a skill book while praying, it will give you an additional 5% for each skill book up to a maximum of 50%, but it's not retroactive.
Maximum bonus is 50% no matter how quickly you get there. With Scholar's Insight and Xarxes, you could read 3 books and be at 45%.
