As you can guess from the title, this mod changed the effect of almost every daedric artifact and a handful of unique items to make their effects much stronger or more useful, as well as making weapon enchantments last forever. Additionally leveled unique items are now always available in their strongest variants. A list of detailed changes and explanations is below (If I don't list something, it means I didn't touch it).

DAEDRIC ITEMS
All of the items had some change, and all had their value raised to 5000 and the weapons no longer consume weapon charge. I also upgraded their stats to be more inline with daedric items.

Dawnbreaker
DMG 12 -> 15
Value 740 -> 5000
Enchantment: 10 fire, explosion chance -> 25 fire, 25 extra to undead, explosion chance
I felt that this just needed a simple buff. The only decent thing about vanilla Dawnbreaker was the chance to cause an explosion, and even then it quickly wasn't worth it.

Ebony blade
DMG 11 -> 20
Reach 1.0 -> 1.3
Value 2000 -> 5000
This was a greatsword that you couldn't temper, had the damage of a daedric dagger and speed of a sword. What? Of course the enchantment helps a lot, but still I gave it a small buff to damage and reach. It's still weaker than a daedric greatsword, but the enchantment should easily make up for that.

Ebony Mail
Armor 45 -> 50
Weight 28 -> 25
Just gave this a small buff to armor and reduced the weight a bit, everything else was fine, imo.

Mace of Molag Bal
DMG 16
Weight 18 -> 15
Speed 0.8 -> 0.9
Value 210 -> 5000
Enchantment: 25 stamina and magicka damage, 3 sec. soul trap -> 25 stamina and magicka damage, 5 sec. soul trap
Honestly this was already pretty good, just buffed the speed slightly, reduced the weight to give it that extra oomph. I buffed the enchantment purely because that 3 bugged me. 5 is much better :)


Masque of Clavicus Vile
Weight 7 -> 5
Value 150 -> 5000
Enchantment: Barter +20%, Speech +10, Regenerate magicka +5% -> Barter +25%, Speech +25
Again this was basically fine, but the enchantment bugged. What's the point of an extra 5% magicka regen? No seriously, is that even a noticeable amount? Anyway, I tossed that in favour of buffing the speech bonuses.

Mehrunes' Razor
DMG 11 -> 12
Weight 3 -> 2.5
Crit 6 -> 12
Speed 1.3
Value 500 -> 5000
A small buff to damage here, a small weight reduction and a massive buff to Critical Hit Damage purely because I felt that fit the theme of The Razor.

Ring of Hircine
Value 400 -> 5000

Ring of Namira
Stamina +50 -> Stamina +100, Stamina Regen +50%
The ring was already useful, but I'm not a huge fan of basic +X to STAT, especially when the amount is relatively small. So I doubled the base stamina bonus and gave ya some extra stamina regen. Go om nom nom some people :)

Rueful Axe
Damage 22 -> 25
Speed 0.5 -> 0.8
Value 500 -> 5000
Enchantment: drain stamina 20 -> drain stamina, magicka by 25
Alright so this, I suppose, isn't technically a daedric artifact, but it is a possible reward for a daedric quest, so it gets a buff. The axe was meant to tempt you into keeping it, but its bloody awful. Why would you ever take the vanilla Rueful Axe? So, a few buffs later, maybe now its a bit more tempting :)

Savior's Hide
Armor 26 -> 40
Weight 6 -> 5
Value 2000 -> 5000
Enchantment: Resist magic 15%, Poison 50% -> Magic 25%, immunity to diease & poison
This was the best reward Lord Hircine could offer? I know its basically fancy leather armor but there's no reason to use this later on (Unless you REALLY need an extra 15% magic resist, I guess). Now its useful far longer, and the enchantment buff should make it helpful even in the end game.

Sanguine Rose
Value 2087 -> 5000
Enchantment Summon Dremora for 60s -> Summon Dremora for 300s

Skull of Corruption
Value 1000 -> 5000
The staves were already pretty decent, so I left them as-is (Minus the Rose's duration buff)

Spellbreaker
Armor 38 -> 40
Weight 12 -> 10
Value 225 -> 5000
Enchantment: 50 point ward -> 100 point ward
An armor buff, a weight decrease and a modest increase to ward strength. Spellbreaker was already a very good shield, but the ward was so weak, hopefully it won't break so quickly now.

Volendrung
Damage 25 -> 30
Weight 26 -> 20
Speed 0.7 -> 0.6
Value 450 -> 5000
Enchantment: absorb 50 stamina -> absorb 50 stamina, slow 50%
I gave this bad boy a large bonus to damage, and slowed it down a bit. It's now easily the hardest-hitting weapon, but slow enough to match. The enchantment was decent as it was, but I gave it a hidden slow effect. Happy hammering! 

Bonus Artifacts!

Auriel's Bow
DMG 13 -> 20
Weight 11 -> 10
Speed 1.0 -> 1.1
Value 1000 -> 10000
Enchantment: 10 sun, 30 to undead -> 25 sun, 100 to undead
This is the amazing bow used by a literal god? Sure, it is now. This is easily one of the best bows in the game now (as it should have been) and the enchantment is actually useful now.

Blade of Woe
DMG 12
Weight 7 -> 5
Speed 1 -> 1.3
Value 500 -> 7500
Enchantment: absorb 10 health -> absorb 30 health, extra 20 over 5s
A dagger that swung at the speed of a sword, neato. Anyway I lowered the weight, buffed the speed (to actually be a dagger) and significantly buffed the enchantment. Happy stabbing :)

Dragonbane
DMG 14 -> 12
Weight 14 -> 10
Speed 1.0 -> 1.2
Crit DMG 7 -> 10
Enchantment: 40 to dragons, 10 to other -> 50 to dragons, 25 to others
This was actually pretty good as is, but I felt it was deserving of a bit of a buff. I lowered the damage in favour of increasing the swing speed, to mix it up a bit.

Gaulder Amulet
Health Frag: +30 health -> +50 health, 25% Health Regen
Magicka Frag: +30 Magicka -> +50 Magicka, 25% Magicka Regen
Stamina Frag: +30 Stamina -> +50 Stamina, 25% Stamina Regen
Whole: +30 Health, Stamina, Magicka -> +100 HP, SP & MP, +50% HP, SP, MP regen
Did anyone actually use any of these amulets, like at all? Usually by the time I got one of these, I already had something markedly better. Now the reforged verison and the fragments should be much more useful early on, and potentially later on.

Harkon's Sword
DMG 8 -> 12
Weight 9 -> 10
Speed 1.0 -> 1.2
Crit DMG 4 -> 10
Value 75 -> 7500
Enchantment: Absorb 15 health, magicka, stamina -> absorb 25 health, magicka, stamina
This is the weapon the Big Bad Scary Man used? Now wonder he starts the fight transformed. Anyway I upgraded this to be inline with Dragonbane, seeing as they're both curved swords. curved swords. I also buffed the enchantment a bit to make it a bit stronger and therefore more useful.

Saarthal Amulet
Enchantment: Spell cost -3% -> Spell cost -10%
Was a 3% spell cost reduction even noticeable? I buffed it with the intent that it'll be actually useful, but not too much considering how quickly you can get it.

Diadem of the Savant
Armor Type Light -> Clothing
Armor 7 -> 0
Weight 4 -> 1
Value 505 -> 7500
Enchantment: Spells cost 5% less to cast -> Spells cost 20% less to cast
Labyrinthian was made as a test for new Arch-Mages and THIS is the reward you get? Pair it up with that Saarthal Amulet and you might be able to cast an extra fireball. I also changed it to clothing, so you don't have to worry about it ruining your bonus to mage armor.

Archmage's Robes
Value 100 -> 10000
Enchant: Spell cost -15%, +50 magicka, +100% magicka regen -> Spell Cost -25%, +100 magicka, +200% magicka regen
Did this really need a buff? Probably not, but here we are anyway. It's now the best robe in the base game, as it should be.

Nightingale Set
Ah the Nightingale set. For a set of armor made specially for the bestest thieves ever, it really wasn't all that. Now it is.

Helm
Armor 15 -> 20
Value 450 -> 3000
Enchantment: Illusion +17% -> Illusion +25%, Alteration +25%, magicka regen +25%

Gloves
Armor 10 -> 15
Value 190 -> 2500
Enchantment: Lockpicking, One-Handed +25% -> Lockpicking, pickpocket, One-handed +25%
For a thief set, this didn't give any bonus to pickpocket. Now it does :)

Chest
Armor 34 -> 40

Enchantment: +50 Stamina, 40% Frost Resist -> +50 Stamina & Stamina Regen, 25% Magic Resist
W-what was the point of the vanilla enchantment? No seriously, why? Anyway I kept the base idea and improved upon it.

Boots

Value 190 -> 2500
Enchantment: Muffle -> Muffle, +25% sneak, +50 carryweight
I was so confused why the boots only had muffle. Especially when fortify sneak was RIGHT THERE. Now your stealth is a bit better and you can carry more DEFINITELY LEGALLY ACQUIRED LOOT.

Blade
DMG 14 -> 15
Weight 15 -> 12
Value 1665 -> 5000
Enchantment: Absorb 25 health & Stamina -> Absorb 25 health, magicka & stamina
This was already really good, just a small buff later and its even better.

Bow

Enchantment: 15 shock, 30 frost -> 25 shock & frost
I decided to even out the enchantments and make it fire slightly faster. Turn them into pincushions.
