This small estate is located to the west of the village of Shor's Stone. There are 6 options to choose from: Collector's House, Hunter's House, Wizard's House, Family House, Gardener's House and The Hut. This manor will become available to the player after completing the quest "Author's Letter", the player can choose 1 of 6 options for this estate. In order to start the quest, the player needs to find the author's letter in one of the city taverns.
