Did you ever try and do a playthrough of Skyrim as a combat only character, loaded up with heavy armor, sword and shield only to be thwarted by this guy?

If you are like me, you know the frustration of some guy you can take out in one hit kiting you around a dungeon as he runs backwards at top speed. The effect always seemed a bit much in my opinion so I started using this excellent little mod No Frost Slow Down Effect from JackJones in Skyrim but when I moved over to SSE, no one else seems to have done this. This simple mod is ported over with his permission.

I am brand new to conversions and such but I wanted to give a little something to folks who might want to use it.

The original description:

In my game whenever i get hit by frost magic, especially continuous spells like dragon breath, my character slows to practically a
standstill. I think you can see the problem with that. Now, this might
be due to a conflict in the 150+ mods I use, I think it stacks weirdly
with changes made by SkyRe, but I have found no solution to this. So I
simply edited the effects so they try to make their calculations using
(nonexistent) scripts, so they don' t do anything anymore.

I would love to find a more elegant solution to this but for now I' ll use this.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this problem please post
it in the comments.

Put this mod AFTER any mods that affect spells, just to be safe.
