“It’s not quite skooma and not quite liquor, but it’ll give you one hell of a buzz!”

This mod adds a new drink/potion to the game called Green Fairy Skooma. When consumed it gives you a trippy little visual effect as well
as a nice boost to Stamina regeneration that lasts for 90 seconds. There are 3
versions of the mod where the regeneration strength is 25, 50 or 100. The 100
version also gives 50 point regeneration to health as well. I also added a 00
version (the one I use personally) it’s the same as the 100 version but with no
weight (I like to play with a bunch already in my inventory).

I originally just made this for myself. I thought it would be fun to play a character with a little skooma problem. Then I realized hey,
might as well share!

I was originally just adding the potion to my inventory through the console. However I high recommend "SkyAI SE" by Ruddy88 If you wish to be able to purchase it from shops. Its a great mod that adds mod items to the shops.
