这个mod将食物分为四个类别之一；零食，小餐，大餐或汤，并为每个类别提供24分钟的特定强化效果。

零食：如Sweetrolls之类的零食，可为您最大发挥Magicka带来好处。

TL; DR

This mod divides food into one of four categories; Snack, Small Meal, Large Meal or Soups and gives each category a specific fortify effect for 24 minutes.

Snacks: Treats such as Sweetrolls, these provide you with a boost to your maximum Magicka.
Small Meals: Bread, small game, grilled vegetables, these small meals provide you with a boost to your maximum Stamina.
Large Meals: Large game such as Venison, these meals provide you with a boost to your maximum Health.
Soups: These complex dishes provide a boost to your Stamina and Magicka regeneration rates.

(Recipes for Potato Soup and Cabbage Stew have been increased in complexity to bring them into line with the other soups.)

A 5th category, Ingredients, also exists. These are basic foods that are required to cook the meals. These restore a small amount of health as in vanilla.

To balance these new buffs food items have had their weights increased to make it harder to carry a huge stockpile of food and keep the buffs running 24/7. Your character will likely want to stop off at an inn or player home for a meal before setting out on an adventure. Each category of food has had their weights equalized to allow for easier sorting when using SkyUI.

Survival Mode
This mod was made with Survival Mode in mind, and as such the Survival version has some changes to the hunger restore values.

HungerRestoreLarge: Lowered from 380 to 280. This is the amount of hunger restored by all Soups.
HungerRestoreMedium: Lowered from 220 to 160. This is the amount of hunger restored by all Large Meals.
HungerRestoreSmall: Raised from 18 to 60. This is the amount of hunger restored by all Small Meals and Snacks.
HungerRestoreVerySmall: Raised from 2 to 20. This is the amount of hunger restored by most Ingredients. However, raw meat will restore as much hunger as its cooked version to allow for Argonians and Khajiit to benefit from their Raw Diet perk included in Survival Mode.

These changes encourage players to eat balanced meals rather than simply carrying a bag full of venison everywhere they go.

(The Hot versions of soups added by Survival Mode have been been brought into line with the ordinary soups.)

Both versions of this mod carry forward changes from the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch and also modify the Meat Pie included in the USSEP. There are non-USSEP versions available in the optional downloads.

TL;DR
This mod does away with realism and essentially turns food into Power Ups. I made it for my own "vanilla plus" playthough but I feel like it's complete enough to release.
