This is almost identical to the Full-Quality Version of Draco ENB with some options turned off or lowered.
It features realistic Lightning and colors in all Weathers. Multiple Weathers are supported

With my personal ReShade Preset TrueShade Redux you can furthermore adjust how your game should look like.

[Weather Mod]
Download *insert weather mod here* with your Mod Manager and enable. Done.

[ENB Helper]
ENBHelper is required for the Mutliple Weather Support

[ENB and ReShade]
Download and install ENB v0.396 and ReShade then drag and drop all the contents of the folder in your Skyrim Special Edition Directory (the same folder as the SkyrimSE.exe NOT the Data folder) and overwrite. Start the game and select "TrueShade" ini in the ReShade Menu Done.
