So basically, here's an example of the changes I made:
Made the steel sword weigh 3 units and increased its speed from 1.0 to 1.2.
Made the steel greatsword weigh 7 units, increased its speed from 0.7 to 1.0, and increased its damage from 17 to 20
Made the steel warhammer weigh 13 units, increased its speed from 0.6 to 0.65, and increased its damage from 25.
Buffed critical chance, especially for roguish weapons
Made really light weapons faster
Generally buffed weapons appropriately, buffed artifacts especially, gave 2-handed and blunt weapons slightly bigger buffs than short swords to make them more balanced
Buffed Staff of Magnus so that it's now a legendary artifact worth its name - Now absorbs 100 health and magicka per second!
Made giant clubs playable! Didn't tweak them, as they're already appropriately slow and powerful

TL/DR - Made weapons appropriately faster, stronger, and more fun to use, made 2-handed and blunt weapons not suck, and made artifacts worth their name. Now you shouldn't need mods that tweak them. Critical damage is better, and you can finally use giant clubs now!
