这是我的“ Balance Tweak”系列的一部分-一系列非常小的平衡调整，不会大幅度改变游戏，但确实会使它变得更难或更难利用。

This is part of my "Balance Tweak" collection - a series of very small balance adjustments that don't drastically change the game, but do serve to make it more difficult or harder to exploit.
This mod adds a new condition. If the player has at least 30 stamina, then the player can use a power attack or shield bash. This fixes the infinite shield bash/power attack exploit from stamina regen items. It only takes a moment to get used to playing this way and feels quite natural - within a few hours you will forget you installed this mod.

Although this mod is remade, I would not have known what to edit without looking at his mod. My mod simply applies this same condition to horse combat, bow bashing, and is updated for skyrim special edition.
30 is the default required stamina as you will never have something that uses less than 30 stamina in the base game. If you are using mods that alter power attacks, you may need to adjust this mod with xedit.
