Please Read
SkyUI Localization Creator comes with my own personal Yandex translation API key, please consider getting your own API key it's free and you only have to create a simple account "username, password and email". The reason I'm asking it's because the free key is good for only 2,000,000 words a month and if everyone start using it it will cap out in a few days. From the menu settings click [get Yandex key] it will open the web page to create an account, once you have it click again in settings [enter your Yandex API key].

Installation:
Download.
Double click on SkyUILocalizationCreator_Setup.exe.
Click Install, and go through the steps. You can install it wherever you want.
Start using it!
System Requirements:
If your able to run Skyrim then there shouldn't be any problems with your OS.
