This is part of my "Balance Tweak" collection - a series of very small balance adjustments that don't drastically change the game, but do serve to make it more difficult or harder to exploit.
This mod has a few different files for different creation club add ons.
Backpacks
Carry weight lowered from 75 to 45
Weight increased from 3 to 15
Gold value increased by 10 times
*Effective carry weight increase is now 30
The increased weight makes sneaking slightly harder
Arcane Archer
Telekinesis damage increased from 30 to 40
Gold Value for all arrows increased to 30
