为什么不使用现有的振作检修?

好吧,所有现有的津贴改革并不能真正解决我的任何问题,甚至加剧了问题。经过大量的搜索和测试,答案很明确,我可以自己解决。除了过于强大并且在某些情况下需要一些磨碎之外,Vanilla的特权也不错。因此,我在那里打开了Creation Kit,并对游戏进行了以下更改。


不再需要其他津贴:现在,您可以在津贴树中选择任何津贴,因此无需进行研磨。例外情况包括需要其他特权提供能力的特权,而对于魔术学校而言,您仍然需要达到学徒/专业人士/专家/专家特权的常规技能水平。我还从盔甲津贴中删除了头盔要求。

推荐模组

Why not use an existing perk overhaul? 
Well, all of the existing perk overhauls don't really fix any of my issues, some even exacerbate the problem. After much searching and testing the answer was clear to make my own. Vanilla's perks are just fine aside from being too powerful and requiring some grind in some situations. So I opened that there Creation Kit and made the following changes to the game.

No more perk requirements: You can now select any perk in the perk tree, so no need for grinding. Exceptions include perks that require powers from other perks and in the case of the magic schools where you will still need to reach the regular skill levels for the apprentice/adept/expert/master perks. I've also removed the helmet requirements from armor perks.

No more stacked perks: You only select a perk once, whereas vanilla had you select a perk up to 5 times to get it's full power.

All perks significantly reduced in power: No more overpowered 200% damage or 125% weapon enchantments. You can still get really overpowered, Skyrim's lack of balancing can't be fixed entirely. I have tried my best within the scope of this mod and my abilities as a modder, limited as they may be.

NOTE: This is not a major overhaul in the way Ordinator, Perkus Maximus, or even SPERG is. You are still dealing with the vanilla perks, albeit depowered versions that have no, or very little requirements. If you desire a complete overhaul then go use one of those other mods. They are quite fun but offer a different experience to this mod.

Below shows only perks that were changed beyond removed requirements.

Warrior Skills

Archery

Overdraw: 20% more damage.

Critical Shot: 10% chance of a critical hit that does 20% more critical damage.

Power Shot: Arrows stagger all but the largest opponents 20% of the time.

Quick Shot: Can draw bow 20% faster.

Steady Hand: Zooming in with a bow slows time by 20%.

Bulls-eye 5% change of paralyzing the target for a few seconds.


Block

Shield Wall: Blocking is 20% more effective.

Elemental Protection: Blocking with a shield reduces incoming fire, frost, and shock damage by 20%.

Deadly Bash: Bashing does 1.5x more damage.

Disarming Bash: 5% chance to disarm when power bashing.


Heavy Armor

Juggernaut: Increases armor rating for heavy armor by 20%.

Cushioned: Reduce fall damage by 20% if wearing 3 or more pieces of heavy armor.

Well Fitted: 10% armor bonus is wearing 3 or more pieces of heavy armor.

Tower of Strength: 20% less stagger when wearing only heavy armor.

Matching Set: Additional 10% armor bonus if wearing a matched set of heavy armor.


One Handed

Armsman: One Handed weapons do 20% more damage.

Bladesman: Attacks with swords have a 10% chance of doing critical damage.

Bone Breaker: Attacks with maces ignore 20% of armor.

Dual Flurry: Dual wielding attacks are 10% faster.

Dual Savagery: Dual wielding power attacks do 20% more damage.

Fighting Stance: Power attacks with one-handed weapons cost 20% less stamina.

Critical Charge: Can do a one-handed power attack while sprinting that does 1.5 times critical damage.

Savage Strike: Standing power attacks do 20% bonus damage with a chance to decapitate your enemies.

Paralyzing Strike: Backwards power attacks have a 5% chance to paralyze the target.


Smiting
NOTE: All upgrade % reduced to 20% over the 100% in vanilla. All perks retain their skill level requirements except Arcane Blacksmith.

Two Handed

Barbarian: Two-Handed weapons do 20% more damage.

Champion's Stance: Power attacks with two-handed weapons cost 20% less stamina.

Devastating Blow: Standing power attacks do 20% bonus damage with a chance to decapitate your enemies.

Great Critical Charge: Can do a two-handed power attack while sprinting that does 1.5x critical damage.

Warmaster: Backwards power attack has 5% chance to paralyze the target.

Skullcrusher: Attacks with war-hammers ignore 20% of armor.


Mage Skills

Alteration

Magic Resistance: Blocks 20% of spell effects

Atronach: Absorb 10% of spells that hit you

Mage Armor: Flesh spells are twice as strong if not wearing armor


Conjuration

No major changes.


Destruction

Augmented Flames: Fire Spells do 20% more damage.

Augmented Frost: Frost Spells do 20% more damage.

Augmented Shock: Shock spells do 20% more damage.

Disintegrate: Percent chance changed to 20% instead of 15% to be more inline with the other destruction perks.


Enchanting 
NOTE: This tree may look under powered. I assure you this is to combat many of the extremely overpowered weapons this tree could produce with stacking % increases.

Enchanter: New enchantments are 10% stronger.

Fire Enchanter: Fire enchantments are 5% stronger

Frost Enchanter: Frost enchantments are 5% stronger

Storm Enchanter: Storm enchantments are 5% stronger.

Insightful Enchanter: Skill enchantments are 5% stronger

Corpus Enchanter: Health, magicka, and stamina enchantments on armor are 5% stronger.


Illusion
NOTE: This tree is actually alright, only issue with illusion spells cap out pretty low so the level increases with each perk have been doubled. This might be overkill but heck it, if you have all the perks the spells should work on everything.

Restoration

Recovery: Magicka regenerates 20% faster.

Regeneration: Healing spells cure 20% more

Necromage: All spells are more effective against undead. (20% effect and duration)


Thief Skills

Alchemy
NOTE: Like Enchanting this tree is very abusable, especially with poisons. While I have made them last longer on weapons (to make them worth making), I've significantly lowered the % gains they get through perks.

Alchemist: Potions and Poisons you make are 10% stronger.

Physician: Potions you mix that restore health, magicka, or stamina are 5% more powerful.

Benefactor: Potions you mix with beneficial effects have an additional 5% greater magnitude.

Experimenter: Eating an ingredient reveals all its effects.

Poisoner: Poisons you mix are 5% stronger.

Concentrated Poison: Poisons applied to weapons last for 10 hits.

Snakeblood: 20% resistance to all poisons


Light Armor

Agile Defender: Increase armor rating for light armor by 20%.

Custom Fit: 10% armor bonus if wearing at least 3 pieces of light armor.

Matching Set: Additional 10% armor bonus if wearing a matched set.

Wind Walker: Stamina regenerates 20% faster if wearing 3 or more pieces of light armor.

Deft Movement: 5% chance of avoiding all damage from a melee attack if wearing at least 3 pieces of light armor.


Lockpicking
NOTE: Apprentice, Adept, Expert and Master perks still have their requirements. Otherwise all perks have had requirements stripped. I didn't change anything here. Everyone hates lockpicking in Skyrim and likely uses a mod to bypass it.

Pickpocket
NOTE: I've drastically lowered the % increases in this tree. Picking pockets should be extremely hard. You really think the other person can't feel your hand messing about in their pants?

Light Fingers: Pickpocketing bonus of 10%.

Night Thief: 5% chance to pickpocket if the target is asleep.

Cutpurse: Pickpocketing gold is 5% easier.


Sneak
NOTE: This is another abusable skill. I've removed the damage multiplier perks entirely. Maybe now you can play something other than a stealth archer hmm?

Stealth: You are 20% harder to detect when sneaking.

Backstab: Removed

Deadly Aim: Removed

Assassin's Blade: Removed

Muffuled Movement: 20% less noise from armor.


Speech

Haggling: Buying and selling prices are 20% better

Investor: Can invest 10,000 gold with a shopkeeper to increase their available gold permanently.

Intimidation: Intimidation is 20% more likely to be successful


Recommended Mods
Skytoxin: It's changes to premade potions is genius. Beneficial potions will give you a debuff, some of which are very serious. This will give you a reason to brew your own. I recommend removing the changes to poisons and poison attacks from creatures if you know how to do that. The author made poison insanely overpowered.

Curse of the Firmament: While I plan to make my own standing stone mod, this one is really well done. The biggest bonus to me is each stone adds a weakness to play around.

Aetherius: The race module of this mod is the best I've seen of it's type. Simple and it's changes effect NPCs as well.

Experience: Changes the leveling system from being based on skill use to other parameters such as discovering and clearing locations and completing quests. Can be used to slow down leveling a bit and removes the issues of sitting down to brew potions and walk away 10 levels higher.

Skill Uncapper: Given that you can get perks a lot sooner with my mod than you could in vanilla I recommend using this mod to lower the number of perks you get per level from 1 per level to something like 0.5 per level, meaning you'll get a perk every other level. Maybe even lower. I also recommend lowering the speed in which your skills improve.

Compatibility: Any mod that changes perk trees will have issues, obviously. Do not ask for a patch for such mods. Make it yourself, SSEEdit is a wonderful tool.

Final Note: There is no comment section for this mod. This is on purpose. I don't care for some of the more toxic elements of this site, and unfortunately they have a tendency to bubble up if you leave an opening. If you discover an issue with this mod, spelling error, functional issues, incompatibilities, etc. please use the bug report tab.
