To make the image look like the screenshots i posted we have to install mods and do some adjustments

As no ENB is needed to get vivid colors, we have some more
performance-headroom for supersampling. so increase supersampling as it
allows youre pc.

Important graphic settings for this setup is to disable dynamic resolution, disable TAA (for more transparent and light
flooded Vegetation and especially aspen leaves),
you can also disable foliage shadow.

the next step is to install following mods:

norther grass se
3D Plants & trees
Vivid weather
Imaginator

Next, we delete the aspentrees of the 3D tree mod, because the vanilla trees
look more realistic. For this we delete the Asen-related files from the
meshes and textures folders

Now we start Skrim and load a game. ingame we can configure vivid weather with a book. most important part for me.

night setting: 1
Interior: 1
Contrast: 2
Bloom: 2
Sunlight: 4
moonlight: 3

With a Spell we can configute Imaginator. here you can finetune the image .these are my settings: configute these how you like it, or how it fit to the picture

increase saturation +10
increase 2 x sunlight (deccrease when to bright, for example arround riften)
add 2 or 3 times yellow in tintor settings (for a nice green conifer forest)
eventually increase contrast a little
eventually decrease sky a little for more natural color

some areas outside conifer forest can be very bright, if so..decrease sunlight 2x (or reset sunlight in imaginator)
