Again, this was designed with the PS4 in mind, so everything is vanilla assets.

Whiterun
Made the grass greener
Added a sleeping place (bedroll) in front gate
Thief entrances to shops and some houses
Breezehome has an extra alchemy station so that you can adopt without losing it, and an enchanting station in the basement
The stores have been altered to look a bit more prosperous
Some changes to the looks of the town were added.
In general, I tried to add some of the additions that many of the "enhanced town" mods add, without going to far and affecting performance.

Mage College
Student Room has more storage
Archmage room redone (not entirely finished)
Alchemy, enchanting, and staff crafting in student hall

Alter blessings last 12 hours

Eventually, there will be more map markers, that will be a near-eternal wip to cover most external mining sites and points of interest.
