Ultimate Bound Bows :
I totally dig the bound bow concept. However I see the vanilla bound bow as missing the extra power that comes from tempering or enchanting that normal bows can receive. I wanted to create a version of the bound bow that assumes the benefits of smithing and enchanting without needing to do either. The difficult part is getting the numbers right since each player may or may not temper or enchant thier bows and some sooner than others if they do. The chart below was created to help me figure this out. Using the type of bow a player would usually find at a certain level and the max that bow could do and then taking into consideration how much improvement one might actually do at that level, I came up with my bow numbers.

Base damage is the minimum damage done as your arrow type, archery skill, perks and archery enchantments will increase this.

TYPE : Different types of regular bows found in vanilla skyrim.
LEVEL : The approximate level the player will start to encounter a type of bow.
BASE : The damage a type of bow does with a marksman skill of 0.
TEMPERED : Damage done when improved to Legendary (100 smithing and the perk needed)
ENCHANTS : Tempered with an enchanted ring and necklace of peerless smithing (+25% each)
UBB : Numbers actually used by the UBB bows.
AMOUNT : The power of the enchantment damage if any.

THE BOWS

Ultimate Bound Bow :
No enchantments or extras just pure sweet damage baby.

Ultimate Razor :
Critical damage is 5 times base damage. Vanilla critical hit damage is half base damage, so this is 10x more. You need at least the first Critical Shot perk to enable a critical hit.

Ultimate Vampiric :
On every hit the player will absorb health from the target in the *AMOUNT as stated in the chart.

Ultimate Roaster :
On every hit the player will do fire damage to the target in the *AMOUNT as stated in the chart.

Ultimate Freezer :
On every hit the player will do frost damage to the target in the *AMOUNT as stated in the chart.

Ultimate Shocker :
On every hit the player will do shock damage to the target in the *AMOUNT as stated in the chart.

Location :
There is a chest containing all the spell tomes in Riverwood on the other side of the saw mill next to the table.

Non Vanilla :

None of the conjuration perks apply to any of these bows.

The cast bow will last for 24 hours instead of 2 minutes.

There is no magicka cost to cast a bow.

The bow will cast instantly.

Removed the idle hiss that plays endlessly to avoid ear fatigue.

You can draw these bows to full strength as quickly as the fastest vanilla bow.

The enchantments used by these bows never need recharging.

If for some reason you want to bypass finding the tome at its location, do this
Open the ingame console by pressing the tilde key ~ then enter this
help "Ultimate" and the name of the spell you want, like this: help "Ultimate Razor"
Look for the spell and note the id, then enter this with that id
player.addspell ??xxxxxx
Where ??xxxxxx is replaced with the id you received.
