Mod灵感来自Dragon Souls to Perk Points

Spell Tome位于High Hrothgar内，靠近前门。
我为什么这样做：

Mod inspired by Dragon Souls to Perk Points
What it does:
Convert Perk Points into Dragon Souls, 1 for 1.
Spell Tome located inside High Hrothgar, near the front door.
Why I made it:
There are plenty of mods to convert dragon souls, such as DSR, and plenty of ability to outlive the usefulness of perk points thanks to the Uncapper and mods like Experience. Now you can reverse the process like a real Greybeard and turn your experience into the draconic power to unlock a shout, a power equivalent to a dragon soul.
That and this was my first foray into mod scripting so making a cheap reverse-knock-off of something simple seemed like a good idea.
To Do:
Make a version that replaces the book with being sent to retrieve Jurgen's horn or maybe after letting Paarthurnax live. The idea is to make it more immersion and lore based, gaining the ability of the Greybeads to train for Draconic Power.
