该mod只允许你分解每一个神护身符（护身符护符，玛拉护身符等），并修复了塔洛斯的祝福魅力，所以它总是固定20％的呼喊冷却减少。

笔记
- Talos结界的祝福总是会让你的冷却时间缩短20％，并且不会随着你的等级而缩放。 之所以这样做是因为结界从未意味着可玩，因此如果启用了缩放，则具有破坏的缩放公式。 上帝护身符的其余部分将按预期扩展。
- 这是mod的Skyrim SE版本，虽然它在功能上与香草Skyrim版本完全相同。

The mod simply allows you to disenchant every god amulet (Amulet of Talos, Amulet of Mara, etc.), and fixes the Blessing of Talos enchantment so it is always a fixed 20% shout cooldown reduction.

Notes
- The Blessing of Talos enchantment will always give a shout cooldown reduction of 20% and will not scale with your level. This was done because the enchantment was never meant to be playable and hence has a broken scaling formula if scaling is enabled. The rest of the god amulets' enchantments will scale as expected.
- This is the Skyrim SE version of the mod, though it is functionally identical to the vanilla Skyrim version.
