About:
This is a simple xEdit modification to dismaying shout so that it affects area when using the last word.
Changes:

First Word:
> No changes
> Cooldown: 40 seconds (Default)

Second Word:
> Third word from default.
> Cooldown: 60 seconds (+5 from default)
------------------------
Third Word:
> Area of effect, an explosion centered from the caster.
> Magnitude: 35 (means maximum level the enemy affected, if you think it's too low, you can edit it in xEdit)
> Area: 100
> Duration: 30 (same as default)
> Cooldown: 100 seconds
This effect is ignoring the line of sight. Means you can shout in the interior and have all of the enemies flee. You know, the thundering shout of a dragon echoed through the chambers and everyone panicked :P

Notes:
The record itself is almost an exact carbon copy from fear shout in Ultimate Dragons mod. I initially thought of using the mod as the master, but after finding it that it was using all vanilla record, I managed to make it standalone. That said, this mod didn't use any asset from the said mod.
Using area less than 100 makes the explosion effect less satisfying. If you think it's too wide or you don't believe me, you can try to edit the value yourself in xEdit.

Recommended Mods:
Ziil Los Dii Du - Shout Cooldown reduction with effort. It is not handed to you like many other shout tweaks that give you a direct shout cooldown reduction by directly edit the record. This one, you're actually getting stronger by making effort in the game.
Thunderchild - Champion to Kyne buff should make the magnitude goes up (I haven't confirmed it myself though).
Individual Shout Cooldown - So you can shout another shout while waiting for the other to cool down.
