Somewhere, off the northern coast of Skyrim in the Sea of Ghosts, lies a small island. No map contains it's location, few know of it and even fewer attempt to find it. An island cursed to eternal snow and guarded by The Condemned. Whispers say that should one find the island and survive the trial of The Condemned, they will find sanctuary should they want it and aid should they need it. So goes the legend of The Cursed Keep.
What's in the mod?
A new world space. This is my first attempt at a new world space. It's not huge, just a small island, but enough to get my feet wet in CK creating new worlds.
A short quest to get you there. Another 1st for me, a courier quest. Very short, but another learning experience. Go to the 1st town and the courier should find you.
An underground area with a player home and other things. Yes, I'm being purposefully vague ;)
New NPC's and 8 followers.
A book in the player home that tells the backstory while raising some questions as well. I plan on expanding this mod as I develop my skills in the CK.
A new spell to learn.
A crafting area, but your going to have to look for it.
The followers-
Telrael- A wood elf escaping Morrowind for unknown reasons with her sister Kirien.
Kirien- Telrael's sister, also fled Morrowind with Telrael.
Natasha- A Breton, born on the island where her parents are merchants. A skilled fighter seeking adventure.
Katiisa- A Redguard and outcast Alik'r.
Mogal- An Orc warrior banished from her stronghold for refusing an arranged marriage.
Leoniir- A former Imperial soldier seeking sanctuary after having his fill of war, but still misses adventure.
Do'ashi- Growing tired of being a Khajiit merchant he had heard the whispers of the Cursed Keep and answered the challenge.
Bird- An aspiring Dark Elf mage trying to obtain flight had a "mishap" with a spell that had unexpected results.
What's not in the mod-
Trophy displays, I simply haven't learned how yet.
Mannequins - Nope, don't like the buggers at all.
Chests linked to crafting stations- haven't figured that out either.
You'll want to have your lock picking skills built up as well.
**Head to the nearest town to get things started.
**All armor on followers are vanilla, I use an armor replacer so YMMV.
**There are no body meshes or textures included, only hair. Tested with UNP, UNPB, and vanilla with no issues. The appearance of the followers may vary depending on what beatification mods you use. For screen shots I used the following-
