This does not replace the vanilla bound bow, it adds an additional bound bow.
THE POINT OF THIS MOD :
The bound bow can't be smithed and could benefit from some form of additional damage in the late game. The vanilla mystic binding perk is not enough in my opinion. The Elite Bound Bow is one of my latest attempts to improve this.
Unlike my other bows this one levels up every 5 levels and has an absorb health enchantment that levels up as well. Since the bound bow is a spell that dispells any time you use a healing spell, which makes using healing spells difficult, using absorb health on this bow made sense to me. This is a very powerful bow and is mostly aimed at players who prefer higher difficulty levels and mods that do the same.

This mod places the Spell Tome : Elite Bound Bow on the table behind the saw mill at Riverwood.

As you can see damage goes up every 5th level.
The absorb health enchantment does not need to be recharged.
The damage can go even higher if you use archery enchantments.
OTHER CHANGES FROM VANILLA :
The cast bow will last for 24 hours instead of 2 minutes.
There is no magicka cost to cast the bow, I was thinking of the non magic play styles for this bow.
The bow will now cast instantly so just click to cast, no more need to click and hold for a half second.
None of the conjuration perks apply to this bow, if you want conjuration perks please try my Deluxe Bound Bow
Removed the idle hiss sound loop that plays endlessly in the background while the bow is active.
Draw speed is now 1.0 instead of 0.875, so you can fire off an arrow a little bit faster then vanilla.

ACQUIRE VIA CONSOLE :
If for some reason you want to bypass finding the tome at its location, do this
Open the ingame console by pressing the tilde key ~ then enter this
help "elite bound bow"
Look for the spell and note the id, then enter this
player.addspell ??00AA00
Where ??00AA00 is replaced with the id you received.
